E/E HIL Development Engineer* Dipendente a tempo pieno Professionals EDAG Italia Maristella Valente Sant’Agata Bolognese This will make you grow: Cross-functional collaboration: you will analyze electronic component/system specification documents, applicable norms and datasheets in order to understand the functionalities of the system under test, the expected behavior and to plan validation activities ensuring the HIL specifications meet all system requirements; Development and updating of HIL documentation: you will create and maintain HIL electric schematics, HIL signal lists, and HIL network definitions for each vehicle domain; Low-level I/O configuration: you will configure the I/O ports of the HIL simulator using tools like ConfigurationDesk and ControlDesk; Implementation of simulation models: you will work with Matlab Simulink to develop and update simulation models for various vehicle subsystems; Test preparation and automation: you will study the test cases specifications and then prepare and configure the whole test setup including hardware/software tools, harnesses, and automated systems; Test execution and analysis. Test Automation Engineer* Dipendente a tempo pieno Professionals EDAG Italia Maristella Valente Bologna This will make you grow: Develop, test and maintain an hardware/software automation framework used for validation activities of automotive control units, including: Infotainment and Audio systems, Instrument Clusters, Displays; Implement SW components, modules and libraries on different development platforms.You will integrate third parties SW modules into the exiting environment; Debug and test the automation framework both at software level (implementing unit test, integration test, non-regression test) and at system level. DMU Mechanical Designer Dipendente a tempo pieno Professionals EDAG Italia Maristella Valente Rivoli This will make you grow: Concept CAD design and packaging studies for VE charging systems development & VE Mechanical components; Model mechanical and electronic components; Design and revise production level parts used in on-vehicle and off-vehicle power electronics components; Create and revise 2D drawings of components used in the mechanical and electronical system applying ANSI Y14.5 standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T); Manage CAD BOM structure in Catia for parts and assemblies; Generate assembly illustrations using CATIA and other office tools to help engineers establish documentation for assembly of mechanical and electronical components; Design prototype assembly and test fixtures to support the build teams; Participate in Problem Issue and Resolution Meetings;   And this is how you'll take us forward: Minimum 2 years of experience using CATIA (V6 will be considered a plus). You will be responsible for writing test documentation and test cases. Test preparation and automation. You will prepare and configure the whole test setup including hardware/software tools, harnesses, and automated systems. You will develop automated routines with the aim of achieving higher level of efficiency of the testing process. Test execution and analysis. Whether you will be working on a test bench or directly on the car you will be responsible for the execution of functional test, HMI test and diagnostic/electric test. You will analyze test results, identify issue and root causes and collect all relevant information for problem identification (e.g. logs and traces). Test reporting. You will be responsible for the preparation of test reports and for the management of issues within different bug management tools, including attending periodical alignment meeting.
