„Das war und ist alles total aufregend“, sagt er. „Wir haben vor vier Jahren zu Dritt in Lindau mit dem Aufbau des Teams angefangen und uns gleich in die Arbeit gestürzt. Heute sind wir zu Acht und wachsen wie ein Start-up immer weiter mit unseren Aufgaben.“ Gutes Teamplay ist Jacek, der seit 2016 Projektleiter ist, dabei besonders wichtig. „Dazu muss man ähnlich ticken und sich gut verstehen. Hier bei uns Lindau gelingt dies perfekt. Wir arbeiten ganz eng und vertrauensvoll zusammen. Das ist ein bisschen wie eine große WG. Ein Team um mich zu haben, das zusammensteht und mit all dem Enthusiasmus, Ausdauer und großer Fröhlichkeit gemeinsam herausfordernde Projekte angeht, freut mich immer wieder aufs Neue riesig.
